  • Take the A386 heading for Tavistock
  • On entering the town, pass the Morrisons supermarket and continue straight across the roundabout
  • Pass Fairway Furniture and the Texaco garage
  • At the next roundabout, continue straight ahead
  • Take the first turning left after the roundabout, signed Westcountry Balloon Fiesta and follow signs to the car parks

from_north

  • Follow signs to Tavistock
  • On entering the town, pass the hospital and follow signs for Plymouth
  • Turn left at the first roundabout, then proceed straight across the second roundabout, again following signs for Plymouth (A386)
  • Take the next right, signed Westcountry Balloon Fiesta and follow signs to the car parks

from_east

  • Take the A30, signed Okehampton & Launceston
  • After passing Okehampton, take the Sourton Cross exit
  • At the bottom of the slip road, turn left and follow signs for Tavistock
  • On entering Tavistock, follow signs for Plymouth
  • After passing the Bedford Hotel, and driving along a long, straight road, you reach a roundabout
  • Take the first exit to the left
  • Take the next right, signed Westcountry Balloon Fiesta & Day and follow signs to the car parks

  • Follow signs to Tavistock
  • On entering the town, pass the Roman Catholic church and follow signs for Plymouth
  • Turn right at the first roundabout, then proceed straight across the second roundabout, again following signs for Plymouth (A386)
  • Take the next right, signed Westcountry Balloon Fiesta  and follow signs to the car parks
